Celebrating Me - A Multicultural Experience Super Saturday

The Pascagoula-Gautier School District will host “Celebrating Me – A Multicultural Experience” from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., this Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017 at the Aaron Jones Family Interactive Center, 1415 Skip St., Pascagoula.

All 19 schools in the district will participate in this event with multicultural arts and crafts, games, dances and food to celebrate the district’s diversity. Some of the countries to be celebrated are Africa, Puerto Rico, India, Brazil, Vietnam, China, Egypt and more. Children will also be able to explore the Wetlands Room, pirate ship room, block room, Toddler Town, Main Street, golf course, playground and more. 

The event is open free to the public. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Call the FIC at 938-6418 for more information.
