Downtown Pascagoula was filled with the beautiful sights and sounds of the holidays … in HUGE fashion this year!
A delightful array of musical talent was on full display at the West Delmas Stage produced by RMM Productions in partnership with Waterfront Productions and Main Street Pascagoula.
Our beloved Pascagoula Senior Center Dancers boogie’d to several pop Christmas tunes as the crowds cheered them and danced along.
Robin Adam’s Southern Exposure Dance Company students performed their high energy dance and choreography to well known pop tunes and fun holiday classics!
Felecia Busby’s Studio Of Dance wowed us all with their beautiful and enchanting Scene 1 of The Nutcracker.
More than 135 Elementary and Academy students from Pascagoula-Gautier School District filled the choir risers to lift our spirits with their dynamic singing!
Resurrection Catholic School Elementary Choir students presented several outstanding tunes from popular Children’s church music collections.
To cap off the talent lineup the Downtown air was filled with the glorious sounds of the Gulf Coast Youth Symphony under the direction of Mr. Daniel Martinez. The audience was thrilled as these outstanding young musicians played a variety of Blues, Jazz, Classical, and Traditional holiday pieces. A huge Finale included a Sousa-styled Jingle Bells arrangement complete with Fireworks provided by Main Street Pascagoula.
So … be proud Pascagoula! You are home to some of the most GIFTED and TALENTED musical artists on the Coast.
Special Thanks to City of Pascagoula and Main Street Pascagoula for taking Downtown For The Holidays to the NEXT LEVEL. Let’s do it again next December!
