Administrators in the Pascagoula-Gautier School District visited with shoppers at the Pascagoula Wal-Mart distributing literacy materials and asking parents to please read with their children everyday especially during the summer months.

The literacy distribution is part of the district’s READ! READ! READ! campaign to help children keep their reading skills sharp while they are out of school and to stress the importance of reading with parents.
